Must also be able to demonstrate through action and relationships within the organization a commitment to teamwork and the agency mission.

$14.5772-15.0772 per hour depending on location and shift.

Direct Support Professional (Dutchess County) - We offer a wide range of community living opportunities for people with developmental and intellectual disabilities. Currently we have various Full Time, Part Time and Relief positions working in these residential programs. Provide direct support to people to help them live enriching and productive lives!
Positions start $13.3772, not including program, shift, and medication administration differentials.
Relief Staff start at $12.6452
DAY PROGRAM
Day Hab Provider (Lagrange and Dover)- Work as a partner with individuals with developmental disabilities to discover their preferences, build relationships, and utilize community resources. The position is primarily one of being a catalyst to become a bridge builder between the community and the people we support.
HS Diploma/GED is required.
Current available positions are 1st shift full time positions. Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm.
$12.6064 per hour.
SUPPORTED EMPLOYMENT
Job Coach – Various locations in Dutchess County
Provide support and counseling necessary to facilitate vocational success for individuals with disabilities.
HS Diploma/GED required. Two years experience with individuals with developmental disabilities in a vocational setting preferred.
Ability to train individuals with developmental disabilities in a work setting required. Valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle required
$13.3772 per hour Hours and days may vary depending on the needs of the site.
COMMUNITY HABILITATION
Community Hab Provider – Dutchess Cty- We offer supports and opportunities to individuals living in their own home. Community Hab Providers are responsible for the provision of and training for goal directed and meaningful activities. In addition, the Community Hab Provider must work collectivelyand collaboratively with family members and/or guardians to provide choices that encourage community integration.
Full Time, Part Time and Relief positions are available.
$13.3772 per hour. Hours and days may vary depending on the needs of the program.
CLINIC
Physical Therapist - Pleasant Valley- Oversee daily operations of prescribed therapy program. Design therapy programs, review and facilitate equipment requests.
Position is part-time. Primarily daytime hours, flexible. Salary negotiable
Qualifications: Bachelors Degree with a current New York State Physical Therapist registration and license
required. Basic computer proficiency including experience with Microsoft Word required.

Previous supervisory experience preferred. Valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle required.
