  • Provide systematic reviews of program operations and records and conduct investigations to insure compliance, quality services and incident management. Insure compliance with regulations and the communication of issues to management, programs and collateral agencies. Maintain internal and statewide database applications for incident management.

    Qualifications: BA preferred (preferably Human Svcs) Associates degree accepted (preferably Human Services) or HS diploma with relevant skills & Exp in the field will be considered. Strong writing/typing, computer & analytical thinking skills required. Familiarity with database systems a plus.

    Salary: $21.12/hr – 40hrs/bi-weekly (part-time)

  • Provide meaningful activities with the people we support who reside in the community. These services take place in or out of the person we support’s home and are delivered on an individual basis. Typical services types are respite. The services are designed to provide oversight and guidance to people supported so they can partake in their community to the fullest extent possible.
