Residential

  • Program Director

    Supervises the total operations and overall functioning of assigned group residence including overseeing billing, transportation, staff, scheduling, staff training, etc.

    Ensures compliance with all regulations, policies and procedures.

    Qualifications- Bachelor's degree required Minimum 3 yrs supervisory exp working in an organization providing services to intellectual/developmentally disabled individuals.

    Salary - $59,751/yr – 37.5 hrs/wk

  • Monitor and assist Direct Support Professionals in caring for each individual. Responsible for administrative and operation elements including record keeping, household planning, agency policies and procedures.

    Qualifications: Experience working with intellectual and/or developmentally disabled population preferred. OPWDD experience required.

    Salary: $17.40/hr – 40hrs/wk

  • Provide training/guidance to the people we support in performance of daily living skills.

    Qualifications: High School or GED Equivalent and 1 year of driving experience with a Valid NYS Driver's license.

    Salary:$15.50/hr – 40 hrs/wk ($1/hr differential for evening shift; .50/hr. differential for overnight shift.)

Day Program

  • Provide supervision to Day Habilitation Providers and oversight of all group programming and paperwork. The programming needs to be geared toward the skills, needs, and interest of the consumers as well as meet OMRDD regulations.

    Qualifications: At least three years experience working directly with DD individuals. Must have High School Diploma or GED, will consider higher education in place of experience in the field.

    Salary: $15.65/hr – 40hrs/wk Mon-Fri

  • Compliments the Assistant Executive Director of Nursing in planning, developing and supervising the activities of licensed and non-licensed staff who provide healthcare and nursing services within the ARC Greater Hudson Valley. This position assists with the development and implementation of nursing services, objectives, policies, and procedures in accordance with Federal and State regulations.

    Qualifications: Valid NYS Registered Nurse license, minimum of one (1) year experience working as an RN working in an organization providing services to intellectual/developmentally disabled individuals.

CLINIC

  • Provide services classified as diagnostic, palliative, preventative, and/or rehabilitative/habilitative within the scope of their discipline. Exercise discretion and judgement while providing leadership, direction and management to specific areas of oversight.

    Qualifications: Master’s Degree in a clinical and/or treatment field of psychology with training in assessment techniques and behavioral program development. Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.

    Salary: $24.48/hr - 40hrs/wk


FISCAL

  • Submitting all weekly and monthly billings in a timely manner. The timely and accurate entering of all agencies’ cash receipts. Preparing accounts receivable analysis, billing reports and all other related reports. Accurately maintaining the financial information for people supported
    Qualification:HS/GED Required
    3 years Accounts Receivable experience.
    Ability to use accounting software to record, store and analyze financial data.

MAINTENANCE

  • Performs maintenance/repair functions as assigned, whether involving general maintenance skills or specific expertise such as electrical, carpentry, pluming, painting or any other area as required.

    Qualifications: 2 yrs work experience in one or more of the following trades; Carpentry, electrical, plumbing, heating, painting, maintenance. Valid Driver's license is required.

TRANSPORTATION

  • Set a preventative maintenance schedule and track the completion of maintenance tasks. Assist with the purchase or lease of vehicles and control and maintain the GPS system. Monitor and ensure fleet operation is in compliance with DMV, COT, 5310, 19A, local and state rules and regulations. Maintain electronic databases of vehicle inventory, sales, registrations, inspections and maintenance of entire fleet. Assist in planning and preparing annual budgets, expenditures and analyze all financial objectives. Coordinate processing of purchase requisitions invoices related to fleet maintenance.

    Qualifications: Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or Business Management preferred 2 years’ experience in a fleet management role preferred

  • Organize and perform the fiscal duties required within the Residential and Community Residence Program. Submit all required documentation in a timely and accurate manner to appropriate funding source to ensure that the individuals we support receive their entitled benefits. Ensure the agency complies with all Federal and State regulations regarding Individuals Monies and Benefits. Advocate for the individuals we support to receive their entitled benefits.

    Qualifications: High School Diploma and Bookkeeping experience and experience in coordinating work with Social Security Administration and Department of Social Services preferred. Good organization, written/verbal communication skills required.

    Salary: $19.05 per hour 35 hours per week


HUMAN RESOURCES & ADMINISTRATION
