  • The Assistant Executive Director of Residential oversees all aspects of the residential program at their assigned locations, ensuring the delivery of individualized services and supports. Responsible for administrative duties, compliance, and effective program coordination and is expected to lead and oversee all residential programs assigned to them, ensuring high-quality, compliant, and individualized services for supported individuals. This role demands strong administrative, fiscal and supervisory skills. This role requires extensive knowledge and experience working in the OPWDD system, specifically the residential services.

    Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, Social Work, Psychology, Business or Human Services. Experience: Minimum of two years of administrative experience and four years in a residential setting for developmentally disabled individuals.   • Provide services classified as diagnostic, palliative, preventative, and/or rehabilitative/habilitative within the scope of their discipline. Exercise discretion and judgement while providing leadership, direction and management to specific areas of oversight.

    Qualifications: Master’s Degree in a clinical and/or treatment field of psychology with training in assessment techniques and behavioral program development. Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.

    Salary: $26.10/hr - 40hrs/wk

  • Must be proficient in the use of EHR systems as well as spreadsheets for data tracking & analysis. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. This position has the potential to provide coverage in Dutchess, Orange, and Sullivan counties, but is based out of Dutchess County office.

  • The Certified Occupational Therapist will provide direct and/or indirect occupational therapy services while working closely with other members of the department to train staff and family members to maximize supports provided to the people we provide services to. They may also be asked to supervise certified occupational therapist assistants. Primarily in Orange/Sullivan Counties, with the potential for occasional service delivery in Dutchess County (with travel reimbursement)

    Qualifications: The Certified Occupational Therapist possesses a degree from an accredited OT program and NYSED professional license or is eligible to receive a NYSED license as an occupational therapist It is expected that the Occupational Therapist be proficient in the use of EHR systems and have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience with people with ID/DD preferred.

    Annual Salary - $90,000-$95,000 37.50 hrs/wk

  • Provide services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.   • Position will provide all treatments, activities, experiences or therapies as prescribed through the program’s admission process & by the treating professionals in the individual’s treatment plan. Serve as the contact person & liaison at the clinic for referral sources & for any outside of the clinic case managers assigned to the people supported. Ensure treatment notes are up to date, clinical appointments are kept with reasonable/acceptable frequency, as designated on the treatment plan, conduct intake assessments; assignment of referrals; being aware of other services outside the clinic.

    Qualifications: Position requires a BA/BS, preferably in a health services field. Experience with individuals with a developmental disability is preferred.
