Residential

  • Program Director

    Supervises the total operations and overall functioning of assigned group residence including overseeing billing, transportation, staff, scheduling, staff training, etc. Ensures compliance with all regulations, policies and procedures.

    Qualifications- Five (5) years DD/ID experience. Three (3) years supervisory experience. BA preferred.

    Salary - $60,000/yr – 37.5 hrs/wk

Day Program

  • Provide supervision to Day Habilitation Providers and oversight of all group programming and paperwork. The programming needs to be geared toward the skills, needs, and interest of the consumers as well as meet OMRDD regulations.

    Qualifications: At least three years experience working directly with DD individuals. Must have High School Diploma or GED, will consider higher education in place of experience in the field.

    Salary: $15.65/hr – 40hrs/wk Mon-Fri

COMMUNITY SERVICES & INCLUSION/ FAMILY SUPPORTS

  • Provide training, guidance and oversight to people residing in Supportive Apartments. The ultimate goal is helping people achieve the highest level of independence possible, while ensuring the person is safe and living in a healthy environment. This position will require on call services for the people supported on a rotating basis.

    Qualifications: 2 years experience preferred

    Salary: $17.75/hr.
    Hours: Tues – Sat 10-6
    Hours may be flexible to ensure people’s needs are met.

  • Provide meaningful activities with the people we support who reside in the community. These services take place in or out of the person we support’s home and are delivered on an individual basis. Typical services types are respite. The services are designed to provide oversight and guidance to people supported so they can partake in their community to the fullest extent possible. The CSI OMH Provider will also assist the CSI Coordinator with activities that are clerical in nature.

    Qualifications: HS/GED Preferred OMH & MR/DD experience is preferred.

  • Provides Occupational Therapy services to children who have disabilities, as per the IEP and the child’s goals. Provides specialized, individualized treatments utilizing appropriate strategies to identified students with moderate to severe learning disabilities.

    Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited college with an associate’s degree in Occupational Therapy with current certification by New York State Education Dept, or be eligible for certification within three months. Experience with persons who have ID/DD preferred. Pediatric experience preferred.

  • Providing 1:1 and group counseling for appropriate students. Provide crisis intervention training to staff.
    Active member of behavior/crisis team. Attend IEP meetings as needed. Attend classroom meetings and parent-teacher conferences as needed. Provide family supports, such as assisting parents in applying for OPWDD/Medicaid Waiver and maintaining a database of needed family resources. Supervise MSW’s as needed.

    Qualifications - Minimum of 3 yrs office exp or AA degree with a minimum of 1 yr. office exp. Experience in the medical/clinical field preferred. Computer knowledge required.

    Salary - $15.81/hr – 40 hrs/wk

  • PTA will provide services classified as diagnostic, palliative, preventive and/or rehabilitative/habilitative to the people we support.

    Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited institution with a AAS as a PTA with current or pending certification by the NYSED.

  • Performs maintenance/repair functions as assigned, whether involving general maintenance skills or specific expertise such as electrical, carpentry, pluming, painting or any other area as required.

  • Submitting all weekly and monthly billings in a timely manner. The timely and accurate entering of all agencies’ cash receipts. Preparing accounts receivable analysis, billing reports and all other related reports. Accurately maintaining the financial information for people supported.

    Qualifications: HS/GED Required , 3 years Accounts Receivable experience. Ability to use accounting software to record, store and analyze financial data.

    Salary: $19.5738 per hour 35 hours per week, M-F 8a-4p
